  Focusing more on XCUI and Espresso testing within automation as TAB transitions to a more native solution for the automation stack. With this it will hopefully encourage developers and testers working in a more polyglot fashion.Helping TAB understand what testing can do across the company and what our strategy will be going forward.I also provide mentorship to my fellow testers around automation and other testing techniques, setting up workshops or listen and learn sessions when needed. Then using this information to inform clients and other people within the project team. Running the weekly testing meeting for a period; thinking of activities to do and facilitating others.Mainly focusing on automation within projects, I setup and use services such as Calabash and Jenkins to enable the most robust and reliable feedback loop when checking/testing.
