   Inspect plants stationary equipment by entering into vessels during shutdown/turnaround to check the condition of equipment.  Includes notice observations on cracks, pits, thinning and any other pattern of erosion, corrosion and other interior failure Make interpretations of findings analyses for failure prepare report and issues recommendation. Conduct on stream inspection for Equipment condition monitoring  Monitoring the service contractors performance and develop service progress report according to the quality control plan. Inspects maintenance and capital project works being carried out in the plant Well versed in equipment like Reformer, Heat Exchanger, Heater, Reactors, and Boilers etc... Maintain inspections files and record system and prepares for repair or replacement of Equipment based upon analysis of inspection results. Supervise and coordinate NDT crews and selects appropriate NDT techniques required for condition evaluation and interprets their results to applicable codes. Performing visual on stream inspection and shop/overhaul inspection for gate, globe, check and safety valves as per related code. Witnessing pressure relief valves testing and calibration. Supervise and coordinate contracted NDT team whenever required. Review of PWHT procedure and its results charts or record as per ASME SEC VIII. Supervision and preparation for leak test, nitrogen purging and pneumatic test, hydro test for equipment. Monitoring system performance with operations, provide technical review and analysis of corrosion and inspection system. Recommendation of repair procedures including welding procedures, alternate materials selection etc. Inspect the integrity of bolt and flange connections, and inspection of gasket also should be done. Carry out inspections on materials, equipment’s and construction/installation activities on site. Progress reporting.
