  - Collaborate with Director of Diversity and Community Belonging to develop and execute community wide DEIB programming that supports the goals and Benedictine Mission of the school. - Oversee faculty moderators and advise students in the creation of DEI related events and activities for student diversity group and student body.- Facilitate collaborations between the Office of Diversity and other constituent groups within the school community. - Design curriculum and instruct four sections of social justice and genocide studies.- Support the theology department in brainstorming ways to consider the diverse backgrounds of students in order to foster more inclusive classroom environments.- Serve as assistant coach and defensive coordinator for varsity lacrosse team.
