  I was promoted to section head after 3 years as a scientist in the Behavioral Genetics Unit, where I learned to lead and manage research groups, sustaining their learning and development through cross-functional collaborations and guidance. As a scientist, I learned how to generate ideas, foster research concepts, and manage projects, with a focus on the bases of ADHD, ASD and Parkinson's disease.
