  In my role as a Resident Assistant, I dedicated myself to supervising residents and promptly responding to a variety of situations including complaints, reports, requests, and emergencies. My responsibilities included submitting detailed reports on infractions, violations, and safety concerns. I actively promoted residence hall events and informed residents about pertinent campus and local activities. As part of my nightly duties, I was available to assist residents with a range of issues and concerns typical in a large community setting. This included providing personal counseling, mediating roommate conflicts, and enforcing university community standards. Show less In my role at the Center for Gifted Youth, I led and assisted with various STEM programs for two semesters, focusing primarily on rocketry and aeronautics classes. My students ranged in age from 6 to 12. In this role, I conducted demonstrations and provided hands-on instruction, guiding students in properly executing their activities. Beyond educational leadership, I also had the opportunity to engage with parents, discussing additional educational opportunities for their children and advising on strategies for further improvement and enrichment.
