  Client : Microsoft Within Microsoft I was part of Business Group IT Operations (BGIT) which provides IT support to the Product Groups and central point of contact within Microsoft IT. Developer Services is the group that manages the Product Group applications, tools and resources to ensure operational and infrastructure efficiencies are supported globally. BGIT are responsible for ensuring that the applications we support meet or exceed corporate governance standards for Security and Privacy. Vision is to partner with the Business Groups to increase productivity and efficiency by delivering business ready world class IT services that support the product development lifecycle. Key application services include Product Studio, Source Depot , Team foundation servers and BGapps. The team focuses on all of our support applications in its portfolio. The applications the team manages include are the development tools used by Microsoft's developers mainly focused on Microsoft's Source Code Management systems. The team consists of a development team and engineers to build tools required to support to the existing applications, investigate new solutions for our current tools, analyze new features being developed for our current applications and support our operations team. My Responsibilities:Develop and support the tools for BGIT – SE team.Develop monitoring system for Source Depot , Team foundation servers and BGapps applicationEnable robust build systems for Microsoft internal customers to enable agile product releaseFind bugs in the product during the operation and investigate and suggest feature requests and create bugs with the development teams and track it for closure and implementation in productionPerformance auditing on SQL Servers (CPU Usage, Memory configurations, Drive configurations)Planning and implementing maintenance services which aid the Service engineer team to attain the server outages. The primary objective of this project is to provide ongoing application development, support and maintenance for all the CPM applications which are developed in Microsoft Visual Studio. CPM Application acts as record of origin data and provides the services to many interfaces within Intel. CPM provides the API’s and web services which will consumed by other interfaces to communicate. We need to involve in the next generation of CPM application, this new project from the requirement gathering to post implementation support. CPM manages data and various functional requirements for internal and external customers.• Meeting with the end users at onsite for requirement gathering.• Understanding the Functional/Technical Requirements of the customers and Played AD role. Understanding and Development of Business Logics in VB.NET.• Design the new interface using Microsoft technologies• Develop the application according to New Requirement• Design the web reports, web service communication• Perform unit testing, system testing, and functional testing Show less Client : Intel Corporation Intel uses several internal applications for the supply chain management of materials at all its production sites. The applications are: Plan It, SOS, Supply workbench, MappIT, PDM, DPMT etc. My role is the maintenance, enhancement and support of these applications. Planners will use application to Planning the products. Plan It is core application which feeds the data to all the application mentioned above. Plan It is an online communication tool used by Planners at Intel for Planning and is extensively used throughout the geography where the complete manufacturing of products at Intel are maintained. Second core application is SOS in which planners will send the Supply to SAP OM (order management).Recently SAP OM in Intel migrating to new environment SAP ECC. We have re-build SOS application to be in sync with SAP ECC platform. Show less Client : Intel Corporation Legacy OE Platform project is one of the major development project where the entire technology and the functionality needs to be changed. The Legacy Planning Applications Plan It, Statement of Supply (SOS) and Supply Workbench used to communicate to SAP Order Management (SAP OM) to push the supply of the finished goods. Based on the supply, the Customers of Intel will book the orders in SAP OM. Since SAP was globalized to ECC environment, SAP OM was planned to shut down and Planning applications need to communicate to SAP ECC. In order to communicate to SAP OM, .Net Connector was the technology used and now we have developed the new interface to SAP ECC with Web Service technology. Since there is a change in the technology, the entire architecture of the project needs to be changed. This particular development is broken into two phases, Phase1 for Far East (APAC region) and Phase 2 for US region.1. Perform high level and low level specification document for the requirements.2. Preparing technical design documents.3. Implementing the code according to the technical design document.4. Analysing the source code and identifying the changes in all the dependencies and components when CR received.5. Monitoring Jobs, DTS Packages, troubleshooting them when they fail to execute.
