  • Worked on the design and implementation of new features, automated tests and fixes for Brazilian Payment Methods.• Implemented an automation for Debit Note File Processing using Java and Groovy, that removed manual work from operational teams and improved reliability of the process. This solution required leading discussions with both internal and external stakeholders to reach consensus on business and technical levels. It was one of the first projects to leverage a new internal platform and the experience has later influenced other projects on the team.• Acted as technical owner of Pix, one of the main Payment Methods in Brazil. This was an operational effort focused on continuously tracking components involved on the payment flow and their health. The result was the prioritization of fixes and improvements backed by metrics and operational data.• During on-call shifts, dealt with multiple operational issues, including full partner outages and the mitigation of related customer facing negative impact.• Supported an intern during their onboarding process and project. This included refining solutions, disambiguating issues, and helping unblock their work. I also led discussions with other internal teams and partner to align specifications of API and File integration contracts.• Worked on the Livelo Points Payment Method launch, implementing a file integration solution for Remittance file processing, to be used as part of the accounting workflow. Also configured external connectivity, initiating and leading discussions with multiple teams for security reviews and ACL additions.
