  Conducted surveys (by vehicle and on-foot) throughout the forest pertaining to exotic, invasive species as well as native, sensitive species. The information was recorded with a handheld Trimble GPS unit (2005 GeoXT), which was translated to Pathfinder and ArcGIS. Maps were constructed with this data for direct use in official USFS reports written by my supervisor. Hiked extensively during surveys, often through dense brush and on very steep inclines on unstable terrain.
