As part of Central Coordination Team for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and is responsible for coordinating and ensuring quality of service of the Local Fund Agent (LFA) work done by offices in High Impact Asia (AFAO, HIVOS, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and RAI), Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EHRN, ECUO,Albania, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Ukraine and Uzbekistan), and South East Asia regions (APN+, East Timor, India Alliance, Malaysia, Laos PDR, Nepal, MSA, Sri Lanka). He also contributes to the review of proposed policy changes and the implications for implementation.Kamoliddin also extensively provides his quality support when visiting LFAs in country. For example, he has worked in number of countries to support the LFA teams with their performances, periodic reviews and assessments in Tajikistan (2009) Sri Lanka (2009-2011-2013), Uzbekistan (2009. 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016), Ukraine (2010), Vietnam (2010), Thailand (2010-2016) and Lebanon (2011), Indonesia (2011), and Moldova (2012).
