  Monitored both programmatic and financial Child Protection and HIV/AIDS related projects implemented by partners (Governments and NGOs) in Uzbekistan. Conducted periodical field visits nationwide to monitor and evaluate the proper implementation of the activities including proper use of supplies and cash assistance provided.Trained implementing partners on project designing, monitoring and evaluation principles and reporting, following UNICEF internal rules and procedures anddonor guidelines.   Country Project Coordinator/Education and Youth Employment

  Assisted in creation of National Steering Committee on Education and Youth Employment under the Cabinet of Ministers, reviewed national policy and legislative documents in the area of youth employment issues and produced analytical report “Overview of legislative and policy framework in the area of youth employment in Uzbekistan”. Coordinated the project activities closely with other UN agencies involved in the same issue and other government and NGOs.

  Kamoliddin works at the International Development Team of PricewaterhouseCoopers Geneva. As part of Central Coordination Team for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and is responsible for coordinating and ensuring quality of service of the Local Fund Agent (LFA) work done by offices in High Impact Asia (AFAO, HIVOS, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and RAI), Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EHRN, ECUO,Albania, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Ukraine and Uzbekistan), and South East Asia regions (APN+, East Timor, India Alliance, Malaysia, Laos PDR, Nepal, MSA, Sri Lanka). He also contributes to the review of proposed policy changes and the implications for implementation.Kamoliddin also extensively provides his quality support when visiting LFAs in country. For example, he has worked in number of countries to support the LFA teams with their performances, periodic reviews and assessments in Tajikistan (2009) Sri Lanka (2009-2011-2013), Uzbekistan (2009. 2010, 2011, 2012, 2016), Ukraine (2010), Vietnam (2010), Thailand (2010-2016) and Lebanon (2011), Indonesia (2011), and Moldova (2012). Myanmar (2015-16). East Timor (2016), Philippines (2016).Global Sanitation Fund.June 2010 to date.Kamoliddin coordinates and ensures quality of services of Country Program Monitor (CPM) works currently done in Cambodia, Malawi, Nigeria, Senegal, Ethiopia and Togo. The Global Sanitation Fund is a financing mechanism managed by the Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council (WSSCC) and is a pooled fund designed to increase financing in the sanitation sector.
