Tax Increment Financing Incentive District NegotiationsMr. Beres, on behalf of the Franklin County Commissioners and the Franklin County Social Service Levy Agencies, lead the negotiations and structuring of 3 complex and unique to the State of Ohio Tax Increment Financing Incentive Districts with the Cities of: Dublin, Hilliard, and Worthington. His negotiations lead to an estimated total of $6,500,000 in additional public infrastructure improvement funding for the development projects, while also providing side compensation with the County Social Service Agencies.
