The G360 Program is focused on delivering Sales and Service applications for Ecolab’s 6,500+ Global Institutional Sales and Service associates that support over $4 billion in annual sales for Ecolab. The applications that are being developed are custom built mobile enterprise systems, along with supporting web-based applications and connectivity applications both on premise and in the cloud. G360 employs the Agile methodology to build requirements, develop and test functionality as part of an iterative process. Business resources leverage the Microsoft Office suite while the development technology stack includes Microsoft .NET, Xamarin, iFactr mobile framework, SQL Server, and Informatica/ETL. The quality assurance team utilizes Microsoft Test Manager and performs manual as well as automated testing. As part of a collaborative team, I will experience the entire application lifecycle management process, from business problem and requirements elicitation to solution, test, deployment and production support, in addition to gained experience with the associated tool sets for a multi-language, global initiative.
