  Development of a Java/SIP based VoIP service delivery platform, tailored to the needs of a specific telecom operator. The system can interpret, configure and execute complex call schemes using the service enabling framework developed by ICT Group. The primary focus of the system is the automated handling of calls made to premium-rate telephone numbers (0800 / 0900 ranges). Development of a Java/SIP based VoIP service enabling framework, conforming to IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) specifications. This framework allows for the definition, interpretation and execution of new VoIP services, by assembling and configuring generic components using a visual domain specific language (DSL). Development of several components of a Java Web/SIP centered system that enables voice and video over IP communication while conforming to IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) specifications. Demonstrated at the IMS World Forum 2007 in Monaco. Development of a Java web application that allows reporting on conditions of goods during transit, based on input from (active) RFID tags coupled with an array of different sensors. Continuation of my graduation assignment and thesis.

  Development of a Java web application capable of monitoring road conditions and alerting operators of potentially dangerous situations. This system was developed for the "Rijkswaterstaat", a part of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Netherlands. The system receives raw measurement data from measuring stations strategically placed alongside highways throughout The Netherlands.(Secondment, employed by ICT Group)

  Development of a new service on the Port Community System, capable of tracking the movements of freight wagons on rail yards. The goal of this service is to provide accurate information to emergency services as to the location and contents of freight wagons carrying dangerous goods.
