  Engaged with the team on developing campaigns for big brands such as Pets at Home and Wadsworth Brewery while shadowing and assisting the creatives. Expanded my knowledge of working in an integrated communications agency while developing my creativity and team working skills. I was able to develop my graphic design skills on Adobe Photoshop when working on the creative team, producing banners, 3D event space mock-ups and other graphic promotion materials. I also shadowed the account team on their planning and strategy development for their clients which gave me insight into working with short deadlines and the skills needed for working in a client-facing role.   Work Experience

  From this work experience, at Creativeworld marketing agency, I received a greater insight into digital marketing. I gained a deeper knowledge of Google Analytics and how it can work in practical scenarios as the company runs many of their client's online advertising. I also was able to deep dive into the other digital softwares the company uses such as MailChimp to schedule content and analyse efficiency of their email marketing for their clients.I also learned about the company's own personal advertising strategy through their website and social media. In order to grow their business they have to reach other to potential clients but also raise awareness of the already very highly reputable business. During this time the 'FaceApp' challenged was circulating the internet so this company quickly jumped on the trend and made all their staff look 30 years older as a great way to engage with their clients and potential new accounts on their social media.   During this month long internship I was given great responsibility to work alongside the Office Manager to compile information surrounding personnel files into an Excel document. This work was extensive and detailed, and a long process. With this information I was able to suggest strategies to assist the recruitment process and increase efficiency for the business.
