  While retaining the operational DBA team, I'm still figuring it out! Lead a group of operational SQL Server DBA’s. Continued to meet all KTLO objectives while improving security patch compliance by 130%. Additionally, provided oversight and direction for charging SQL Server licensing to line of business reducing/avoiding cost by $2M/annually. Lead multiple teams that deliver and support end user devices. Responsible for $10M budget. Core responsibilities were to evaluate, select, implement and support laptops, desktops, audio/visual equipment and training/conference rooms that employed them. Provided guidance and oversight of team responsible for end user PC and audio visual equipment. Planned, coordinated and executed conversion of acquisition employees to Jack Henry standard laptops, software, minimizing disruption to daily operations.
