      Project Lead for CODEX (COntract Data EXchange). CODEX is used to facilitate information exchange between Torch, subcontractors, and government customers. My role is to meet with key stakeholders, prioritize new feature development, plan development effort, manage our small team of developers, manage the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline, and work as the lead developer for the project. CODEX is currently using C# dotnet core (aspnet core razor pages) on top of a MS SQL Server backend, with a minimal frontend primarily leveraging the Telerik Kendo UI tool suite, hosted on-prem. We are currently in the process of migrating the application to a react SPA frontend with decoupled C# API backend. Show less
