    • Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women

      Sept 2014 - Jan 2017
      Environmental Chair/Member

As environmental chair, I made weekly announcements to the chapter about what they could do to make a difference. I also raised money to purchase recycling cans for every room in the chapter house. The year I was the chair, my sorority won the campus-wide ‘Greeks Go Green’ competition.

    • Camp Towanda

      May 2017 - Aug 2017
Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Swim Coach, and Specialist

Summer camp is a unique experience that allowed me to gain valuable life skills in a practical setting. I had to push myself intensely, handle more responsibility, and work harder than ever before. I ran two swim teams each with 20+ children, managed a cabin of young girls, and also continued doing my regular job as a swim instructor at the camp. I learned that I love and excel at working with children, handling stress, and juggling responsibility all at once.

    • Life Time Inc.

      Head Swim Coach

This position allowed me to use my leadership skills as well as my in-depth knowledge of swimming techniques and competitions. I had two assistants and I was constantly learning how to improve myself as both a person and a leader. I have sharpened my organizational, communication, and delegation abilities.

My responsibilities were mainly research-based; however, I was also able to draft comments for the federal register as well as testimonials both opposing and supporting various legislation.
