      Working within GE Money Home Lending.- Leading a team of staff with a goal to exceed the set KPI's.- Received recognition on my approach to managing performance and driving staff to exceed their targets. Targets were related to money collection and recognition was achieved based on how i used soft skills and mentoring to build the performance of the team.- Investigating portfolio of accounts to highlight and remedy high risk clients or to move clients into new workflows to allow the company to improve the sale-ability of the debt book.- Involved in a project to rework complaints handling procedure. This was complex as there were government guidelines and criteria to work within as well as looking for methods to reduce costs. The level of costs at the time were circa GBP 10 mln per annum.
