      As Lead Engineer, I was responsible for delivering the towing system to launch. Despite my time in the role being quite short, I was working on the commodity as a CAD engineer since joining the department in Apr '18. During my short tenure as Lead Engineer my responsibilities included; managing suppliers, CAD design, CAD approval, liaising with package stakeholders, creating resolution plans for significant launch critical issues, liaising with finance, fitting instructions, arranging launch critical testing under significantly pressured and tight deadlines, Engineering Sign Off, WERS release. Show less Working in the Vehicle Personalisation department as part of SVO, My principle responsibilities surrounded CAD package and development of side steps and towing working on the majority of the JLR range. Following an office re-structure, I became responsible for CAD support for all accessories for the D7 platform, most prominently the 19MY Defender; towing, side steps, roof rack, Expedition Pack, Ladder, Pannier.
