The Player Development Coordinator's key responsibilities are: - Coordinate all aspects of Baseball Queensland’s player and coach development programs and initiatives to achieve strategic outcomes within budget;- Develop and manage relationships with all key stakeholders;- Prepare accurate reports on activities and outcomes demonstrating contributions to theStrategic Plan;- In collaboration with the Performance Program Manager, evaluate and improve the player development programs on a regular basis;- Work with other BQ staff to ensure player development programs are delivered within parameters;- Network with baseball and other sporting organisations ; - Maintain the database of identified emerging athletes.
