Responsible for two rental locations in Plattsburgh, PBG and a home-city location. Focus on cultivating strategic work relationships with a variety of clientele to increase market share. Brands at PBG reached a high of 52.3% while home city location grew over 20%. Maintained a high level of face to face contact with a focus on customer service. Develop employees on multiple rental platforms as well as continued to develop their sales, service and marketing skills. Increased branches customer service score by 16 points in three months.
