      To support large-scale public programs and events – including the widely attended PS1 Warm Up Series– I oversaw a team of 20 volunteer staff, including coordinating weekly schedules and assigning tasks. I also coordinated a weekly performance art program in collaboration with the Director of Public Programs, managing all performance logistics leading up to and during events, including promotion, ticketing, staff scheduling, and artist support.

      Led a multi-million-dollar professional development program funded by a US Department of Education Grant and implemented across 600+ classrooms in NYC and LA. In addition to co-developing a research-based curriculum, I directed 15 teaching artists to facilitate the curriculum, collaborate with school leadership for implementation and adaption, and assess effectiveness using student IEPs, test scores, and a control group.✅ I secured $200K in funding through city grants for SEL and arts initiatives through fundraising.✅ The project resulted in an ~80% increase in school engagement, spending time on task, socialization skills, and progress toward IEP goals among students enrolled in program.✅ To spark program sustainability, I collaborated with a team of researchers, US Department of Education project directors, and school district leadership.✅ Based on leadership, budget management, and project management strengths, I was promoted from Program Manager to Program Director. The course dismantled barriers between the siloed communities of the college and the host town of Newburgh.✅ By partnering students with organizations working at the intersection of arts, environment, social justice, and urban improvement/planning to develop collaborative community projects, I guided students to understand, respect, support, and advocate for marginalized communities.✅ I guided students with little background, experience, or understanding of arts to overcome negative stigma related to arts and integrate community arts into their future professions by introducing them to arts making positive impacts, such as supportive housing communities with arts programming focused on helping formerly incarcerated individuals’ transition.✅ At the newly established Center for Community Engagement and Wellness, I coordinated a community listening session and facilitated community-campus arts and accessibility workshops.
