  Responsible for Utilities, ETP, Compliance, and led productivity agenda for the site.Notable productivity Capex's initiated and executed are as below: Improved boiler efficiency by 5 % by installing spirals in the boiler tubes and also balancing the draft by controlling the speed of ID fan through VFD Replaced all reciprocating compressor with latest energy efficient screw compressor. Installed Side stream Filter in cooling tower to reduce the choking in condenser of refrigeration system. The payback for investment came in just 6 months. Upgraded conventional filter press with membrane filter press to reduce the solid waste generation by reducing the moisture content in it.The above initiatives gave me name as "Think tanker" of Palakkad plant.Apart from Above, PepsiCo Trained me on resource conservation in fields of energy and water.
