  • Managing the (TSMG –Telecommunication and signaling maintenance Gangs) project contract (with amount of contract of 271,576,720 S.R.). TSMG project consists of 13(thirteen) sites along SAR railway alignment. Each site contains three buildings including offices and lodging facilities. Managing such a project requires following up with the contractor on a daily basis to speed up the constructions work progress and controlling the progress with weekly and monthly meetings to make sure that achievement will meet the overall projects plans. May 2013 – present• Preparing new tender documents and BOQ’s to hire a new contractor in order to carry out works of 6(six) fright yard buildings in different locations along the railway alignment. This contract is already prepared and ready to be tendered, and improvement from the ministry of finance is awaited. May 2013 – present• Supervising the construction works of one passenger station at Hail area and two other TSMG’s (Telecommunication and Signaling Maintenance Gangs) sites inside Hail Area. Controlling contractor performance to make sure that progress can meet the project plans. Jan 2013 - May 2013• Supervising 5(five) passenger stations contract (with amount of contract of 1,572,000,000 S.R.), and 13(thirteen) site of (TSMG –Telecommunication and signaling maintenance Gangs) with amount of contract of 271,576,720 S.R., Monitoring the contractor's performance against the approved baseline and participate in dispute settlement according to FIDIC. Show less - Supervising with SAR operation team an outsourcing railway operator from India (Indian Railways Co.) as Railway Operation and planning Engineering, to carry out duties of operating SAR mineral line, and serving Ma’aden Co. to transport the phosphate from Al Jalamid depot to Ras Al Khair depot Area at the eastern border. Additionally In charge of the following tasks(In parallel): • Train operations planning. (Train timetables) . • Responsible at the supervisory level, for all operational issues along the mineral line operation processes. • Managing train crews at outlying depots.• Management of the Operational safety office, and responsible for reviewing allsafety directives and new regulations and rules of SAR Railway Project.• Responsible for compilation of the annual shipped quantity plan.• Responsible for the compilation and execution Business plan, Budget planning.• Working closely with all maintenance departments to achieve a win situation for all.• Managing heavy haul trains 16,000 ton/train. May 2011 - July 2012- Railway Transportation Engineering: In charge of working and putting together business cases including service packages, operation plans and capital investment with big names of freight shippers to secure away from trucks, new businesses for SAR. Oct 2009 - May 2011- Issuing the Operation and maintenance tender, then monitoring and controlling the tender process by evaluating technical and financial offers, reaching to the final stages of awarding the operator of O&M for SAR project. Show less • Reviewed and modified the design drawings and the BOQ’s of SAR project submitted by SAR consultant (ISC-Implementation Supervision Consultant). Ensuring that the design drawings were consistent with the Railway tracks alignments, 6 passenger stations, 13(thirteen) TSMG’s(Telecommunication and Signaling Gangs) along the railway alignments. And one main Workshop for the mineral services trains. And two fright yards buildings at two outlying depots.
