      MA in International Business Communication Final thesis on "Employer Branding in TDC - The challenge of recruitment"

      I finished my education by specialising in Employer Branding. The focus of my thesis was on recruitment in TDC. In collaboration with my tutor, who was working on her PhD in TDC, I identified central problem areas in TDC recruitment and I pinpointed potential areas in need of change in order for TDC to attract the right candidates (EVP). My results figure in my tutor’s research. Finally, the HR Department in TDC invited me to present my results.
