Some cases led to state and federal criminal charges, as well as collective restitution over one million dollars• In 2024 - to date - I have an avoidance loss of $370,000 from successful investigations I completed• Assisted the Business-to-Business Risk Management team with the initiation of proactive monitoring and analysis of fraud and unethical business transactional activities by employees. This effort resulted in a 5-10% departmental increase of incoming cases• Coordinated analysis of charitable filings of hours and monies donated to the Verizon foundation.
