  As the Eminent Recorder for my fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, I am in charge of recording all discussions amongst the Executive Board and the Judicial Board. I am also tasked with keeping track of attendance at chapter meetings and philanthropy events. Another role I play is ensuring events are scheduled with outside organizations and reserving rooms for chapter meetings. As the Treasurer for my fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilom, I created and coded a budget plan on Microsoft Excel for 2019 to handle the inflow of over $150,000 annually, while making necessary allocations throughout the year to the different organizations within the fraternity to reduce liability, hold accountability, and to ensure proper money disposal.

  Throughout my time at Sandia National Laboratories I researched cost control policies to identify areas where improvement could be made regarding reducing Indirect Costs, then presented findings to upper management in order to prepare SNL for an "under recovery" at fiscal year-end. Throughout this process, I established a deep understanding of procurement policies such as Buy American Act, source selection decisions, terms and condition documentation, and price analysis while compiling 500+ contracts in ordinance with SNL justification strategies. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with data analytics representatives to aggregate and organize time-stamp data collected by a personal excel tool into tranches utilized to design procurement process analytical visualizations, specifically so that areas where process improvements are needed can be easily identified Show less
