      The BusinessOverview:Inseego are a global technology provider, specialising in 5G connectivity, vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions.The RoleOverview:I have been working within the Inseego UK & Ireland organisation as a Head of EU Product Support and Cloud Infrastructure for 3+ years and have in addition to that 17+ years of support, product, technology and compliance experience with a specific focus on telematics. Key Responsibilities:Line Management - Responsible for the daily line management of a team with over 25+ years of experience within the industry.Fault Management - Responsible for the management of 2nd/3rd line support for all software/hardware products across the UK, EU & ANZ regions of the Inseego organisation.Product Development Management - Working with both in-house and off-shore development teams to prioritise, scope, develop, test and release both embedded/software oriented applications for a global product set.Release Management - Responsible for the release management of product to a customer base of over 3,000 in the UK, EU & ANZ.Supplier Management - Primary point of contact for a number of key suppliers for the organisation including hosting, mapping and communication providers including direct involvement with associated contract negotiations with values in excess of a million pounds.Project Management - Often called upon to manage projects domestically and internationally including associated communication with both internal and external stakeholders.Compliance Management - Providing oversight for the ongoing certification / accreditation associated with various standards including ISO9001, ISO27001, CE etc. Supporting the organisations GDPR requirements including ownership / contribution to associated policies and procedures from a product perspective.Tender/Bid Management - Supporting tender/bid submissions surrounding compliance, technology, product and data protection requirements.
