  Help receive and process IT project requests from the VFS business and work closely with the business to document, measure and help improve business processes. I manage Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, and Microsoft Clustering. I also manage our storage and work with EMC VNX, Recoverpoint, and the Unisphere client. We utilize VMWare for virtualization, and I have worked with VMWare 5.0, 5.1, and 5.5, including Vcenter server, vSphere web and desktop clients. Our VMWare environment runs on Cisco UCS blade servers and we use UCS manager and Cisco device manager to manage our hosts, switches and interconnects. I worked with Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems, as well as Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite. In addition to my duties on desktop support, I also administered our company's Blackberry, Iphone, and ipad devices. I also administered our ticketing system, which is built on the Numara/BMC platform.
