The main project was turning around, getting off the ground, initiation, startup, design, and acquisition of a new and modern library system for The Royal Danish Library and its partners through its government required Product Initiation and risk assessment phase as well as its proposal and acceptance, sourcing, and contract phases. The platform will provide the basis for new, unified work flows across locations and established cultures.
