Activities and Societies: In Mexico in 2010, it was initially called Virtual Shield for Citizens, it consists of an integrated communications umbrella for citizens, through what each person uses, in their car, on their mobile, at home with panic buttons, the use of social network profiles to increase the level of security with your best friends. Using GPS position, SMS, M2M to send telemetry with smart software that integrates with smart security camera systems - I created this idea-project in Mexico when I finished my diploma at the Univ. of Guadalajara, in the Hotel where, upon arriving in Ecuador, I developed it and raised it in a sketch and presented it to the Government of Rafael Correa, the same one who later became in the ECU 911 project with the CIS (Integrated Security Center), then the shackles for prisoners with cellular telemetry were developed.
