  As a consultant in KPMG, I work on a very ambitious project of Ministry of MSME; HONEY MISSION, which was executed by Khadi & Village Industries Commission. Honey Mission was envisaged by honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri. Narendra Modi.Prime Minister visioned to bring Sweet Revolution in the country by increasing the production of Honey and other hive produce. This project was also aiming for second green revolution in India by increased pollination. Khadi & Village Industry Commission took initiative and trained beekeepers across the country. These trained beekeepers were further provided with 10 Bee-boxes with live colonies and beekeeping tools at subsidised rate. These beekeepers were also provided with hand holding supports by beekeeping master trainers.As a consultant I evaluated the implementation of scheme in each state and provide the detailed report to KVIC Head office, Mumbai. During the evaluation of implementation of scheme I got opportunity to visit several state in India and interacted with KVIC officials and Honey Mission beneficiary.
