      1. Piloted the fusion of two existing CC programs (Learning Communities and Freshmen Interest Groups) into a new initiative: the Cardinal Communities (CCs). Branded the CCs and scaled up the program from 6 to 52 communities. Launched the program in Fall 2017.2. Maintains assessment and accountability data for external review.3. Manages budget resource allocation.4. Responsibility for CC related programs or initiatives, including organization, student and faculty recruitment, budgetary decisions, advertising and assessment.5. Researches learning and development best practices to identify information required to the development of the Cardinal Communities (CC).6. Develops, delivers, and assesses programming to assist CC faculty members in the design, development, and modification of course content to fit CC requirements.7. Collaborates with Residence Hall, the Director of Financial Aid and the Undergraduate Advising Center to pilot a Living Learning Cardinal Communities dedicated to scholar recipients.8. Offer guidance in customizing the CCs to new department for Fall 2018 (launched a Sophomore Business Community), and in Spring 2018 (College of Education).9. Provides professional development for CC faculty and staff mentors as well as student staff.10. Supervises and manages 54 student workers as well as two graduate assistants.11. Fosters a collaborative, collegial working environment.12. Serves as the STARS Services Director in his/her absence. Show less Educational assessment specialist responsible for organizing and entering assessment data submitted to the university assessment database, cataloging and scanning SACS (Southern Associations of Colleges and Schools) documented into the SACS database, monitoring University websites for compliance with university policy, and communicating findings to the appropriate staff and content owners, evaluating and posting materials to the SACS website, including performing file format conversions, and manipulation of pdf files.
