Company has wide Range of products towards different fields such as Petro Chemicals, Skin care products, Anti-oxidants, Amines, Surfactant products.Responsibilities:• Look up the processes going on.• Handling man power throughout the shift.• Making full use of manpower and completing the task as planned.• Safe handling of Ethylene oxide and Propylene oxide and several hazardous chemicals such as Ammonia, phenol, ally phenol ether, 2 ally phenol , DMS.• Unloading Ethylene oxide(EO) & Propylene oxide(PO).• Working carefully with safety and without any batch rejection.• Handling of manual distillation column, batch reactor, Agitated vessel , Flaker , spray dryer, cooling tower , chilling plant.• Ensuring adherence to work permit system.• Optimizing process and monitoring operation, preparation of new operating manual SOPs.• Coordinating with maintenance, technical advisory, product dispatch, scheduling and various other agencies to ensure safe, continuous and efficient plant operation with on-spec products. • Perform basic process engineering calculations like material balance, energy balance, design calculation in heat transfer , fluid mechanics and mechanical operations.• Having a experience of surfactant products like CAPB , CMES , CMEA, SMO, SML, GMS-SE , GMS-NSE, EGMS , EGDS , STO , SMS, PEG, CWCS,DKS, HPQ 90, HPEQ 2575 and in POLYMER PRODUCTS like BLENDEX@866, BLENDEX@869.EQUIPMENT EXPOSURE : • COLUMNS ( Distillation, striping, Absorption, Dehydration.)• FILTERS ( Bag filter , sparkler filter, candle filter, cartridge filter.)• DRYERS (SPRAY DRYER, RVD, TRAY DRYER, ANFD).• BATCH REACTOR, FLAKER , COOLING TOWER , CHILLING SYSTEM.
