I was working at the time when I decided to go back to school. I didn't want to just work at a job, I wanted to have a career, so I stepped out on faith, went to go enroll myself, next time looked up, I was back in school. While attending school, I found out I was pregnant with my first baby, so I know I had to stay on my A-game and take care of business. While attending school, I found out I was pregnant with my first baby, so I know I had to stay on my A-game and take care of business. The best feeling was walking across the stage and looking in the audience, watching my mother and most of all, my happy baby boy smiling at me. Walking across the stage also closed a chapter in my life that I always kept on my mind. I missed my high school graduation, due to me lacking half a credit. So I had to go to summer school, finished and missed that graduation due to me mixing up the days, I still graduated a year early, but it was something that bothered me for years, so walking across the stage to officially become a medical assistant fulfilled that void that has been in my heart for a long time.
