  Business intelligence Lead of JLL’s national Project Management Office supporting 3200+ project managers, support staff, and executive leadership within the Project Development Services business line. The PDS BI team works closely with dedicated corporate accounts and variable market teams to develop data processes, reports, and dashboards to help drive insights to the business. In addition to directly supporting the America’s region we work with representatives globally from EMEA and APAC to drive global consistency and adoption of tools and technology.Key responsibilities include: -Development of automated dashboard and reporting using Tableau, MS BI Stack, SSRS, Power BI, and SQL focusing on capital related project portfolio reporting, financial forecasting, KPI trending, resource/workload leveling, and capital planning.-Consulting with dedicated account leadership, project teams, or business line leads to develop custom reporting and BI solutions.-Implementation of technology solutions and management of data integration from source application to data warehouse for analytics use -Project benchmarking analysis and reporting to compare internal vs. external project costs and trending. -Project management data governance to ensure data is entered timely and accurately for all projects through multiple platforms along with global alignment on data fields and definitions-Supporting new account transitions to ensure seamless project related data transfer from incumbent systems to JLL technology. Responsibilities include analysis of project management data for over 600 capital projects annually. Accountable for the development of automated project management reporting utilizing sharepoint, SQL server, and Powerpivot for Excel to showcase key performance indicators for projects.
