IT also include:• Manage and maintain Local Area Network (LAN) and remote (WAN) and ensure that the network supports all systems installed; • Manage all installed equipment and applications; • Manage Wireless (WFPLAN & WFPGuest) according to WFP standards; • Receive, test, and install all ICT and telecommunications equipment; • Provide hardware and software support for all users; with the technical assistance of the head of unit and other team members; • Preparation and manage all servers and follow-up SIP Phone and the migration to Outlook; • Manage and maintain communication systems (PBX and HF-VHF);• Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting (Hard and Software) on site;• Maintain an updated inventory of CITS materials; • Carry out daily radio check of all UN staffs,• Prepare a daily, weekly and monthly radio check report;• Electrical Focal Point;• Assist some INGOs when they have ICT troubles (with authorization of Head of Office) Accomplishment: Due to high fuel consumption by generators, I managed to reduce fuel consumption to more than 65% by creating and executing a project of replacement of projectors (Joule effect) by the LED spotlights less consumer in electricity and consequently in fuel.
