  • I worked on a project to build a computer controlled hotplate for SU-8 photoresist baking processes at Panevėžys Mechatronics centre.Key Tasks:• I analysed the basic principles of Arduino language and wrote code for the Arduino platform to link a temperature sensor, LCD display and control relay to a final product. This allowed me to enhance my programing skills and to develop my understanding of PID temperature control algorithms.• I investigated the use of Matlab software to convert temperature data readings from the datasheet into a polynomial curve. This was later converted into a fifth order polynomial equation allowing me to write the temperature control code. This research provided me with deeper understanding of the practical applications of polynomial equations whilst simultaneously improving my Matlab skills. Vis mindre

  Worked as an intern student with the cutting edge Terahertz lasers that are manufactured at the faculty. Main duties involved a laser system alignment and a purge box design and build. Other duties involved writing a LabView program to control few pieces of equipment to allow for a quicker laser system alignment.
