  I ensured accurate module and programme data (including assessment data) was maintained in ACME and SITS and worked closely with academic colleagues in order to achieve this. I was responsible for making decisions on Mitigating Circumstance/Coursework Extension claims and maintained accurate records which feed into assessment boards.I was responsible for the preparation of documentation for assessment boards, including student reports, module data and programme broadsheets and attended and supported assessment boards, advising as required on matters of regulation. It was important to ensure that student progression, retention and attainment were regularly monitored. I created and maintained records for CPD provision, made the courses available to prospective students via the online store and created and maintained the records of students undertaking all CPD study.   I was responsible for management of both the Compliance and Undergraduate Applications Teams within Academic Registry.Within my Compliance role I managed University events such as Online Matriculation, Matriculation and Advising and the annual UKVI Confirmation Event. I was responsible for planning, implementing and reviewing all arrangements for these events working with colleagues across the University to ensure that they were delivered efficiently. I also managed the day-to-day activities relating to Visa Compliance, ensuring that all Student visa compliance requirements were met in-line with our Sponsorship responsibilities.My role within Undergraduate Applications required me to manage activities across the team and ensure that we delivered a high quality service to applicants, entrants, staff and stakeholders.
