  Second line engineering management role responsible for delivering all aspects of printer toner supplies development, electrophotography (EP) component development, EP system integration, print quality, and supplies customer success engineering (current production field and manufacturing support). Manage a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians to develop toner supplies for a range of mono and color product segments. Responsible for the entire development phase from concept development through start of production. Manage a team consisting of multi-disciplined engineers, scientists, and mechanical designers which develops laser printer electro-mechanical modules from concept through production. Team also responsible for supporting post-production field reliability. Led a team of mechanical engineers and designers to deliver laser printer electromechanical systems from concept through production. Included delivering engineering drawings and specifications as well as extensive support of the manufacturing startup process both domestically and in Asia. Hardware design and test responsibilities for laser printer mechanisms from concept through production, team leadership and project management responsibilities. Utilized multiple 3D CAD modeling and drafting programs. Extensive travel to Asia to support manufacturing startup operations during the development phase.
