I use decolonial methods to understand the roots of Western knowledge production, and centre authors and principals historically absent or marginalized by imperial systems, narratives and accounts.My portfolio is a dialectical project and uses an intersectional approach to explore the contradictions between the confident, extensive and rich self-determination of African peoples, and the ongoing ideological constructions of Africans.
