  As director of CAD/CAM I oversee a team of designers and scanners where I have improved the flow and capacity of the department by 50%. I track and graph technicians productivity weekly using Microsoft Excel and create cleaning and procedure logs for milling machines. I do all the repairs on each of the machines I work with and all in house equipment as well. In the past 6 months I have increased productivity by 50% and lowered the cost of materials used by 20%. I am also restructuring the work flow done by hand and directing it into the CAD/CAM department. Prior to my employment at California Dental Arts, 25% of the work was completed in the CAD department.
