      As the Head of the English Department at a 1500-member church in Cheonan, South Korea, my responsibilities included:Leading the planning and preparation of all English ministerial duties for both adults and children, including youth and children's church camps.Developing and teaching English curriculum for Korean children in the afterschool program and for teenagers at the church-run school.Managing all English department administrative tasks and coordinating with staff, parents, and stakeholders.Preparing presentations and materials, and providing English and Bible instruction to children aged 4 to 14.Teaching English to preschool children at the church-run nursery.Teaching the Bible and English to South Korean adults in a clear and comprehensive manner.
