  I have built, structured and developed a Peer Support volunteer service for Richmond Fellowship's east Hampshire mental health service. This includes:1) Recruiting volunteers with both mental health difficulties and mental health specialities to run community based support well-being, focus, and activity, social inclusion groups.2) Structuring, providing and teaching a training program for Peer Support Volunteers incorporating in this the level 2 Richmond Fellowship OCN accredited training program in "Volunteer peer mentoring and support."3) Providing 1-1 mental health support and goal-set recovery for Peer support volunteers.4) Giving clinical mental health support both 1-1 and in group settings for clients, updating and case-noting recovery via "Capita" support software.5) Managing and creating social inclusion recovery groups. 6) Liaising with other mental health providers and employment agencies including the NHS Community mental health teams across East Hampshire, and Job Centre plus, in addition to an array of volunteer and other support services. 7) Advertising the service for client referral and volunteer intake.
