  Set up registration every season in our Camp software, CampMinder, and provide support, changes, and feedback to ensure an efficient and user friendly experience for camper families and seasonal staff. Be the first point of contact for 2000 camper families, school groups, and retreats and answer questions, address concerns, and provide customer service that gets them from prospective clients to current customers. During our 2020 shutdown, worked on a small team to ensure all camper families remained as Sherman Lake advocates by personally contacting each family; 50 % of families chose to transfer their registration to the following year or donate their fees. Compile the numbers and update weekly the Camp Comparison for 2021, 2022 and 2023 to aid with budgeting for Camp, Retreats, and the Integrated Education. Act as lead for the High Adventure Ropes programming, providing training for seasonal staff, proper inventory and supply needs, and required safety documentation Assist the hiring process by making reference calls and making sure the paperwork is in for up to 80 staff depending on the season. Worked with the South Michigan Food Bank to coordinate Food Distribution that Sherman Lake hosts at three sites. This is a partnership we started in March of 2020 because we saw the need in light of the pandemic. Show less
