In conjunction with the aforementioned responsibilities, I also played a role in tracking and documenting each property's progress through the permit process. Show less I worked with the Senior and Assistant Project Managers on the Cedar Rapids Convention Center, U.S. Cellular Arena, and Double Tree by Hilton Hotel project helping with communications between us, the contractors, architects, and engineers. I updated the construction documents by implementing supplemental drawings associated with RFI's and ITC's. I also helped document the construction process by performing site walks and capturing photos of various aspects of the work such as demolition, masonry, site work, MEP, steel erection, building envelope, interior finishes, and other various building elements. I organized project specific documentation, such as submittals, which I filed according to the numerous CSI divisions. Another facet of the process that I was responsible for was creating transmittals for material samples (masonry, tile, exterior finish, paint samples, glass, carpet, grout, metal cladding, etc.) and delivering the samples to the necessary parties.
