      Established and implemented Distributed File System from scratch for a Global Fortune 500 Customer (10000+ employees worldwide, Life Science & Healthcare) and transferred this service to the local support team. Responsible for data migration from Microsoft SharePoint 2007 to Microsoft SharePoint 2010 for the Global Fortune 500 Customer (120000+ employees worldwide, LifeScience & Healthcare). Created an approach, and with my two teams, migrated more than 2000 Site Collections (~2 Tb of data).

      • Created and managed Delivery Operations organization for EPAM St. Pete from scratch for 1000+ employees by building and implementing all processes and interactions for eCommerce, Big Data, Life Science & Healthcare, Global Delivery domains. The organization grew up to 4000+ people with minor changes within six years.• Reduced the bench from 40% to 10% and kept it on target within 1.5 years by landing new demand and employee upskilling. Application Support and Data Migration Projects for the Global Fortune 500 Customer (100000+ EEs worldwide, Life Science & Healthcare)• Established, managed, and automated 2nd-level application support from scratch (17*5). Within 1.5 years, successfully resolved more than 3000+ tickets without escalations.• Migrated about 100Tb of content with all metadata and permissions for the client in all customer locations: North America, South America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.

      • Created and managed two global, scalable delivery operations network-based organizations (~80 employees total) in the eCommerce domain in two EPAM's largest competencies Hybris and MACH Alliance: 3000+ employees in 15 countries with annual revenue of $XXX million.• Landed 50+ new accounts (42% of all projects portfolio) and supported 120+ existing accounts, primarily from Global Fortune 500 with ramp ups/ramp downs/rotations/etc. Within four years, we staffed all projects on time, and EPAM didn’t lose any clients due to Resource Management activities.• Increased Hybris competency by 30% in 15 countries by developing and implementing unified annual hiring and mentorship campaigns and keeping the bench on target.• Established MACH Alliance Competency from scratch two times faster than Hybris Competency by using a unique operations framework created by myself: in two years, grew it to 1000+ employees in 10+ countries and delivered 30+ projects successfully. The EPAM team won a global hackathon award in 2021 called MACHathon.• Solved more than 50 staffing/rotations/retentions related escalations on C-level for the key accounts. We saved the current portfolio and extended it with new programs. Show less • Relocated 800+ people in ten months to the newly opened office in Serbia by creating and executing an end-to-end relocation process. 100% of employees started working at the new entity.• Saved 400k EUR in 2022 for the company by relocation solution automation: released 80% of teams (40 FTE) in 4 months and decreased tenfold the human factor by developing personal accounts, application forms, workflow, application packs auto-generation, workplaces, statistics, etc.• Achieved total attrition caused by relocation <6% by engaging 500+ employees in the process and making it trusted and transparent: held 23 Q&A sessions, recorded all video guides, etc. • Boosted twice the adaptation process in a new country by creating a relocation-based community for all employees compared with other countries.• Managed ten cross-functional teams of 50 Employees: shaped, staffed, and trained from scratch five teams; significantly improved and automated the work of two of them. All the teams have a unified schedule and processed 800+ people at maximum capacity without interruptions.• Developed and implemented the best enterprise-level complex solution compared to the other 50+ countries of EPAM presence and competitors in the Serbian market in 2022.
