Additional duties were facilities management, knowledge of NFPA standards, accessibility and governmental regulation and standard compliance. Quarry operations consists of two open pits of high calcium and dolomitic limestone, 6 km of haul roads, primary crushing at 1500 mt per hour, final processing plant and a ship loading facility that loads 70 plus ships per year at a guaranteed load rate of 2,000 mt per hour. During my time as General Manager I had managed a full environmental assessment (EA) for AML’s new mine extension in Port au Port, NL. Show less
