  • Responsible to work as Product owner for Guidance functional area for nFMS Airbus program.• As a Subject Matter Expert in Guidance functional area for FMS, responsible to perform software product development of new Guidance features and resolve issues reported in existing FMS for A350, A380, A320 and A340.• Creating and prioritizing a product backlog (a list of features and requirements) that aligns with the Company's product vision and goals, and continuously refining it based on feedback and changing business needs.• Perform evaluation of the product developed in to verify whether it meets the expectation of FMS System Architects and aligned in meeting most desired customer requirements and meets the business objective of company.• Participate in Design Sprints with customers to understand the new product feature strategies and prioritizing the products to be developed in PI planning. • Develop High Level Requirement (HLR), Low Level Requirement (LLR), Software code development (Code) and thorough tests by ensuring stories are created with adequate technical description and acceptance criteria.• Ensuring stories will follow Aero DO-178C standards by having the process defined in definition of done (DoD).• Participate in Customer Product Support meetings with Airlines and OEMs to understand the feedback from Airline and test pilots and resolve in-field issues.• Participate in architecture council to Design and Develop architecture and solutions of Lateral Guidance and Vertical Guidance functions for FMS and interact with other agile cross functional team.• Worked as Scrum Master from 2022 to 2023 for Flight Planning, Database, Navigation and Guidance (FDNG) packages of flight management system team by participating in scrum ceremonies, removing impediments and ensuring team following process and meets the milestones of each PIs.
