Led the creation of KRAs for all roles for Muthoot Finance (South India), Muthoot Homefin (Mumbai), Muthoot Money (Hyderabad) and Muthoot Vehicle Finance (Cochin) business verticals.-Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify HR automation/digitalisation needs to bring efficiency.Streamlined and Scaled the Muthoot Career Portal to include the test and interview modules for recruitment.
