  April 2016-September 2016 Standard Chartered Bank:Ben led the mobilisation of a new PMO for Standard Chartered Bank's EMEA & Americas Capital Programme. January 2015-March 2016 HSBC:Ben was the PMO Lead and Account Director for Mace's HSBC account. Ran a team of PMs and QSs managing 60 concurrent capital projects including RE strategy reviews, new HQ buildings and the UK non-retail portfolio. Prior to moving into the Account Lead role, Ben spent 2 years delivered a range of projects for the Bank, most notably being a new-build call centre for HSBC in Leeds (LEED Gold); leading TDD on the New HSBC Headquarters in Birmingham UK; and working in Europe, oversight the delivery of a new purpose-built 100,00 sq ft Global Service Centre building in Krakow, Poland2011 - 2012: Mace North AmericaSeconded internationally to help establish Mace's emerging US business. Prior to 2011, Ben spent 5 years in both the Consultancy and Contracting divisions, working for clients including Land Securities and Essex & Hertfordshire County Councils.   Global FM Leader for Offices Service Delivery for CBRE's DXC Account leading the FM delivery teams across Europe, APJ/MEA and Americas. Managing Director responsible for the Microsoft/CBRE partnership across EMEA spanning transactions, projects and operations/analytics functions. Leads CBRE team in the delivery of these services to Microsoft in region. Led Capital Projects delivery function for EMEA at Microsoft, responsible for a team of CBRE programme managers and the wider PM, design and construction supply chain delivering a programme of campuses, offices, labs and research spaces. Programme Manager for major capital projects developments across EMEA.
