  Full Coordination with Client (Contract/Project Owner) of each project I manage and coordination with our upper management.Responsible in preparation of materials and equipment's.Responsible in generating material request with the help of site admin using SAP.Responsible in manpower qualification documents, coordinating with our HR for the over-all requirements of each discipline.Responsible in planning, execution and monitoring of project.Responsible in generating weekly progress report.Responsible in updating the project schedule using MS excel, MS Project and Primavera P6 (making recovery plan if needed.)Analyzing and reviewing Project Contracts, Engineering documents such as Isometric Drawing of Piping, P&ID, Structural and Civil drawings.Monitoring of running expenses and milestone of the project.Most of the time, I am also the Field Engineer who distributes workload everyday and supervised the execution on site.I also look for a local suppliers, review their accreditation and negotiate with them to have an easy access for the resources we needed near the site.
